Mr. Rothweiler has been in the real property appraisal and consulting profession since 1980.  His experience includes appraisal and consultation assignments involving some of the most significant office, industrial-warehouse, retail, and vacant land properties along Colorado's Front Range.  He has been qualified as an expert witness in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Denver, and Jefferson County District Courts.
